Alterations to an existing dwelling house and shed [A Protected Structure RPS Ref.-WA750531]. Alterations to include alterations to the roof level, roof material and elevations of an existing detached shed, the change of use of same shed to domestic use. The proposal also includes the construction of a single storey extension to the side elevation of the existing dwelling which will link to the converted shed and any associated site development works.
