We, Bluemont Developments (Midleton) Limited, intend to apply for permission on lands at Knockgriffin (Imokilly), Knockgriffin (Barrymore) and Water Rock, Midleton, Co. Cork. Permission is sought for amendments to part of the development previously permitted under planning reference 21/7265, to consist of the construction of 185 no. residential units and 1 no. childcare facility in 4 no. blocks ranging in height from 3-7 storeys. The application site is generally bounded by Northern Relief Road to the north, CGI Food Park to the south and agricultural land to the west.
