Development Description:

The material in question will be sourced from suitable locations, and will be regularised by way of a waste permit application or certificate of registration to the local authority as required, 4no waste compactors, truck loading, hard standing and truck parking bay areas, 162no. parking spaces to include 146 regular and 8no. disabled spaces, 8no, electric car charging points and all other ancillary and associated site development works including landscaping.
