Development Description:

Alterations to the residential development permitted by Cork County Council Planning Reference 24/6418. The proposed alterations will consist of a revised site access strategy comprising of the relocation of the estate entrance and access road from the R611 to the south of the 2 no. serviced sites and associated reconfiguration of internal site layout (comprising minor relocation of some housing units, alteration to foot and cycle paths, landscaping and water services infrastructure) to accommodate the revised access arrangement. The proposed development is a change of plan from that permitted by planning reference 24/6418, but will not result in the construction of any additional units or change in permitted housing unit mix.
