Permission is sought for the extension and change of use of mid terrace former Public House (with vacant residential unit overhead), to provide 7 apartments and a small commercial unit at 26/27 Douglas Street, Cork City. The development site area is 0.0294 hectares. The proposal will include; (1) Modifications to the North Elevation to Douglas Street.
