B) Construction of single storey building with parapet height of 20.3m with part mezzanine floors within. C) A chimney stack with height of 23.15m. D) Above ground pipe rack measuring 55m long x 3.5m wide with an overall height of 11.58m. E) Underground services, drainage and other associated site development works. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions (IE) Directive Licence No. P0009-05 under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended). The proposed development refers to a modification to an establishment to which Major Accident Regulations applies.
