The development consists works to a dwelling house. These works involve changes from the development permitted under Cork County Council Reg Ref 07/0905 as follows: (1) Permission for retention for demolition of a dwellinghouse and permission for retention of the dwellinghouse as constructed (change from the development permitted under Cork County Council Reg. No. 07/0905); (2) Alterations to the permitted elevations including the omission of canopies to the front and rear elevations as well as minor alterations to elevations generally; (3) The addition of a first floor roof terrace including glazed balustrade to the rear of the dwelling house (4) Alterations to the front boundary wall and alterations to the vehicular entrance from that permitted as well as all associated works.
