Change of property use from long term to short term letting: Gerahies Cottage is a pre-existing single-story residence, a 3-bedroom cottage built in 1965 and sitting on a small plot of 0.13 hectares. For some years it has been rented out to long term tenants. The tenants have given notice they will be moving out in July 2026. It is desired to rent out Gerahies Cottage on a short term lettings basis (e.g. via AirB&B) from the point when the tenants leave until the cottage is sold. The cottage sale is expected to be Oct-Nov 2026.
