Development Description:
Construction of a new glamping complex for use as short-term accommodation at lands located at Kilnaclasha, Skibbereen, Co. Cork. Proposed works will include: 1) removal of an existing derelict agricultural shed from site, to facilitate the proposed development; 2) Construction of 5 no. new glamping pods for use as short-term accommodation; 3) installation of new bin storage area; 4) construction of associated pathways and parking areas; 5) construction of new footway to tie in to an existing track to the north of the site, connecting the proposed glamping complex to the existing working farm; 6) all associated site development works. Access to the site will be provided via a shared existing site entrance and internal access track, currently serving existing short-term letting units.
