Permission for development to consist of the conservation, extension and change of use of former St. Joseph's Female Orphanage & Industrial School (A protected Structure RPS D290) and St. Malachy's Convent (A protected structure RPS D292) to residential use , which is in an Architectural Conservation Area (ACA).
