Permissions for amendments to the permitted development under Reg. Ref. 2682/20 / ABP Ref. PL29S.309217, as previously amended by Reg. The proposed amendments relate primarily to the Build To Rent (BTR) residential blocks D and E of the permitted development and comprise the following:
