Demolition of existing building & structures and removal of existing syncrolift at the water's edge. Development to the south of South Quay will comprise the erection of a new building with a 4 storey element to the front, to a 2 storey at rear, to provide operation & maintenance facilities to support the operation of an offshore windfarm. Car parking for 60 vehicles along with cycle parking for 26 bicycles & 5 motorcycles. An ESB substation is proposed to the south of the building. Waste & recycling storage is proposed on site.
