for a residential development, on lands located in the townlands of Lissywollen, Kilnafaddoge & Retreat, Athlone, County Westmeath. The proposed development consists of 94 no. dwellings, comprised of 63 no. 2 storey, 2 & 3 bed semi-detached and terraced houses, and 31 no. apartments & duplex units accommodated in 2 no. 3 storey buildings, comprised of: (a) 15 no. 2 bed apartments in 1 no. 3 storey building and (b) 16 no. apartments & duplexes in 1 no. 3 storey building (i.e. 7 no. 1 beds, 5 no. 2 beds & 4 no. 3 beds).
