Development Description:

a Large-Scale Residential Development (LRD) comprising 150 dwelling units in a mixture of 2 storey houses, 3 storey duplexes and 4 storey apartment buildings, a childcare facility, and a temporary wastewater treatment facility. The proposed houses shall comprise 20 no. 2 storey, 4 bedroom, semi-detached houses; 10 no. 2 storey, 3 bedroom, semi-detached houses; 1 no. 2 storey, 4 bedroom detached house; 54 no. car parking spaces provided on-curtilage.
