Permission for residential development on a site measuring approx. 0.25 hectares located at No. 726, South Circular Road, Dublin 8. The proposed development consists of the construction of 53 no. apartments, comprised of 8 no. studio apartments, 29 no. 1 bed apartments & 16 no. 2 bed apartments, to be accommodated in 3 no.2-5 storey buildings (Blocks A, B & C).
