for development on a c. 1.8 ha site located within Moneypoint Generating Station, Carrowdotia North and Carrowdotia South, Kilimer, County Clare (Eircode V15 R963) which is licenced by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under an Industrial Emissions (IE) Licence (Ref.P0605-04) and Upper Tier COMAH site and therefore falls under the requirements of the Control of Major Accident Hazard Regulations (COMAH) Regulations, 2015.
